‘Nicest Job in Britain’ – A week with YMCA

The Nicest Job in Britain is an initiative run by Utility Aid, an energy company to the third sector and corporate partner at YMCA England. At the end of 2014 the organisation set out to find itself a National Philanthropy Manager to spend time at a different charity every week for a year.

Luke Cameron, 26, who won a competition to take on the role, spent his 42nd week with YMCA, which included spending time with YMCA England and Y Care International, helping at YMCA Shops and visiting YMCA Burton, YMCA North Staffordshire and Southend YMCA.

You can read about Luke’s week with YMCA on the Nicest Job in Britain blog, follow his journey on Twitter and see his week in photos using the hashtag #YMCANicestJob.
